Jerry Ware received a Juris Doctor Degree from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of North Texas.
A member of the State Bar of Texas, he has represented both individuals and business entities in transactional and litigation matters in Dallas since 1975.

Jerry Ware is licensed to practice law in all of the state courts of Texas. He is also licensed as a Customs Broker by the United States Customs Service. He was Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of Texas, (1982-1997). He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association.
He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of International Trade in New York, N. Y., the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Eleventh Circuits in New Orleans, Louisiana and Atlanta, Georgia, respectively.
